1. What types of sessions do you offer?

I currently offer Family, Couples, Maternity, Newborn, Fresh-48, Birth, Branding, Portraits, Engagement, Elopement, Micro-Weddings, Weddings and End-of-Life sessions.

2. How many photos will we recieve?

I guarantee a minimum of 30 + edited images for most regular sessions, but I almost always overdeliver - because it's hard not to share all the beautiful moments we capture together.

3. Cancellation & rescheduling?

Life happens, and I completely understand that plans change - and so does the weather. If you need to reschedule your session, that's absolutely okay - just send me a message and we can find another date that works for both of us. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if possible.

4. How long does it take to recieve our photos?

Sneak peeks are delivered within 24 to 48 hours after your session. Your full gallery is typically delivered within 3 - 4 weeks after your session. During busy seasons it may take a little longer, but I always do my best to deliver as soon as possible.

5. what should we wear to our session?

Neutral tones, earthy colours, and simple patterns and textures photograph beautifully. However, you can wear whatever you feel most natural and comfortable in! Pops of color paired with neutrals, bold patterns and stripes, bold patterns paired with classic staples, yellows and blues, and anything that feels like YOU!  Once you book, I'm more than happy to help guide you with outfit ideas if needed.

6. can we choose the location? do you travel?

Absolutely! You're more than welcome to choose a meaningful location, or I can recommend some of my favourite spots within West Kelowna and Kelowna.


Any sessions in West Kelowna and Kelowna are included with the session price. Locations outside of these areas require a small travel fee depending on distance and location.

7. what time of day do sessions happen?

The best lighting for photos is usually in the early morning or in the evening during "golden hour", which is the hour before sunset. This soft, natural light creates the warm, beautiful glow you see in most of my images. I typically schedule sessions during these times to give you the best possible photos.

8. Do you help with posing?

Absolutely. I'll gently guide you throughout the session with prompts and natural posing so you never feel awkward in front of the camera. My goal is to keep things relaxed and authentic.

9. What if my kids don't cooperate?

That's completely okay! Kids will be kids, and having one myself,  I actually expect a little chaos. My sessions are relaxed and playful, which help capture genuine moments rather than forced smiles and poses.

10. Can we bring our dog?

Of course! Pets are part of the family too. Just let me know ahead of time so we can plan for a pet-friendly location!

11. how do we book a session with you?

I live with chronic back pain, and while I do everything I can to ensure our session goes ahead as planned, there may occasionally be times when I experience a flare-up that requires us to reschedule. If that happens, I will always communicate with you as soon as possible and work with you to find a new date. I truly appreciate your understanding and support.
